How to Fix a Commercial Gas Range
The most frequently used and misused piece of kitchen equipment from the assortment. Fortunately, it is probably easiest to repair. There are five components that must choose the most frequently replaced by:

When replacing the pilot, you must remove the upper front panel (bull nose) from the field to access the pilot control valves. This will also be removed to replace the burner valve described below.
ThePre-welded type is relatively easy to install. To replace, disconnect the pipe from the pilot needle valve and remove. Insert the new pilot and pipe next to an existing and follow the contour of the same shape, while slowly bending to reach. When you get to the end, you may need to cut the pipe with a pipe cutter. A mother needs to be created next, and then a Ferral and screw on the pilot needle valve.

Remove the nut and Ferral from the new replacement driver's head and slide it over the pipe, nut and then the Ferral. Slide the pilot head on the pipe and tighten the nut until the pilot's head.
The preformed pilot assemblies are much easier, because all of them is bent and ready for installation are on the move again only because they are a little more expensive than the others.
5th Top-burner gas valvesare fairly easy to replace. The upper plate (bull nose) is removed, it can easily lead (part of the frame on the access point) of them.
